The Coffs Harbour Branch of the Australian Native Bee Association is holding a meeting showcasing native stingless bees (Tetragonula carbonaria and Austroplebeia australis), and the floral resources in the neighbouring paperbark forest. There will also be the opportunity to look at a variety of different style hives, equipment and books.
Sunday the 19th of November from 1pm at Coffs Beekeeping Supplies, located at 23 Hawke Drive, Woolgoolga. There is on street parking and entry is $5 for non-ANBA members.
Please note there are European Honey Bees and Native Bees located on site.
