Dr Julian Brown - Research Fellow in Urban Ecology at the University of Melbourne. Julian is interested in plants, pollinators, and their interactions in urban, agricultural, and fire-prone landscapes. He is presently studying native wildflower restorations in the City of Melbourne as habitat for bees, butterflies, and birds and will present some interesting preliminary findings.
Yolanda Hanusch - Entomologist and ecologist interested in insect-plant interactions and their conservation. Yolanda is a PhD candidate with the Invertebrate Behaviour and Ecology lab at the University of Sydney. Yolanda is the Australian Bee Friendly Farming Program Development Officer and will present information about the ways BFF is supporting pollinators nationally through habitat and flora restoration....and how you can help!
