Abuzz about Amegilla dawsoni & Ask Me Anything with the Bee Babette

Description

Kit Prendergast, native bee scientist and scicomm-winner, will recount her tale of adventure to discover and research Amegilla dawsoni (Dawson's Burrowing Bee), the bee of fame from Sir David Attenborough's BBC docco! Award-winning photographs and videos of bonking bees accompany.

The presentation will follow with an 'Ask Me Anything' where you'll get the chance to ask a bona fide native bee researcher anything you'd like to know about native bees.

This online Zoom presentation is open to everyone across Australia at 10:00 am Perth time (check your time zone differences!)

Cost: $10, with includes an e-book 'Abuzz about Dawson's Burrowing Bee'.
